Since 2005, Acting Up Stage Company has been advancing the versatile art of musical theatre in Toronto: We produce entertaining, provocative, modern musical theatre; our student performances and educational programs inspire tomorrow’s artists and audiences; and our new, innovative musical development initiative incubates homegrown musicals.

A Virtuoso is one of a select group who shares our passion and vision for musical theatre in Canada and our commitment to young Canadians, which includes over the next three years:
- Expansion to two annual Mainstage productions.
- Inauguration of a cross-Canada tour of our most popular shows.
- Expansion of student ticket subsidies and student performances for secondary and post-secondary audiences.
- Initiation of the year-long Sharps and Flats artist-in-training program.
- The production of world premiere musicals developed in our NoteWorthy program.
