On October 6, four local community theatre and music groups are banding together to help raise money in support of Canadian Musical Theatre. At the first Annual Take The Stage fundraiser, they will battle for the ultimate prize in musical theatre: The Spotlight Award! In a few short hours, they will learn a breakout musical theatre song under the direction of world-renowned theatre stars.
